What has to go elsewhere

Order tracking, delivery dates, missing parcels, returns, refunds and replacements are handled by the partner store that took the order. We do not hold order records, so we cannot look anything up. Use the order page of the store you bought from and you will get an answer the same day instead of being forwarded.

Response times

We read mail on weekdays and answer most of it within two working days. Sizing questions are usually quicker, because the answer is a number we already have.
