Class of 2026 graduation party decorations by MASHAN

Everything we print for the Class of 2026 in one place: table covers, napkins, plates and stickers that carry the same cap-and-tassel artwork, so a graduation party reads as one set instead of five separate buys.

Class of 2026 Graduation Supplies from MASHAN

A graduation party is the one celebration where the guest list runs from grandparents to classmates, and the table has to work for all of them at once. We build the Class of 2026 range around that: a wipeable plastic cover that takes the weight of a sheet cake, napkins in two shapes so the dessert table and the dinner table do not borrow from each other, plates that stack without sliding, and sticker sheets for the favor bags.

Every piece in this section is printed with the same grad artwork and the same color, so you can mix sizes freely. If your school colors are not here, the white and silver run works as a neutral base and lets balloons and ribbon do the color work.

How we build graduation party decorations around one table

Start with the cover, then add color

The table cover decides how the whole graduation party photographs. We print our Class of 2026 covers on heavy plastic with a matte face, so the camera flash does not bounce back off the cake table. Measure the tabletop first, add the drop you want on each side, and pick the size from there. A 54 x 108 inch cover suits the standard 6 foot and 8 foot rental tables most people borrow for a party of twenty to forty guests.

Napkins and plates are where the grad name shows up

Guests hold a napkin for the whole evening, which makes it the most looked-at item on the table. We print grad napkins in a square fold for dessert and a rectangle fold for the dinner service, so you can tell the two stations apart at a glance. Plates come in the same colorway. Buying plates and napkins together is the cheapest way to make a celebration look planned rather than assembled.

Stickers finish the favor bags

A sticker sheet turns plain kraft bags, water bottles and dessert boxes into part of the set. We keep the grad sticker artwork matched to the plates, so a favor bag sitting next to a plate does not look borrowed from another party. Peel them the morning of the event and they will still hold through an outdoor afternoon.

What makes a graduation party memorable

The parties people still talk about a year later are rarely the ones with the most decorations. They are the ones where the big moments had somewhere to happen: a cake table with room to stand around it, a wall of photographs from the last four years, a spot where the gown and the cap could be hung instead of folded over a chair. Graduation party decorations are the frame for that, not the subject of it. Our job is to create the backdrop in one color family and then stay out of the way.

So we keep the graduation range deliberately plain in its shapes and loud only in its color. A big rectangle cover, a runner down the middle, napkins in the school shade, plates that do not fight the cake. Set that out and the room is dressed in ten minutes, which leaves the whole morning for the food and the photographs — the two things that actually make a celebration memorable.

Questions we get asked

What graduation party supplies do you offer?

Plastic table covers in rectangle and round cuts, table runners, square and rectangle napkins, plates and sticker sheets, all printed with Class of 2026 artwork. Each one is listed with its finished size so you can match it to your table before you order.

Can graduation supplies be customized for school colors?

We do not print to order, so there is no custom color run. What we do instead is keep a white, a silver and a black base in every item, which sits under any school color you bring in with balloons, ribbon or cups.

Which graduation party decorations are worth buying first?

Buy the table cover before anything else, because it is the biggest block of color in every photograph taken that day and it decides what the rest of the graduation decorations have to match. Napkins come second, plates third, stickers last. If the budget is tight, a big plain cover in the school shade plus one printed item will create a better table than five printed items that disagree with each other — and it is a far cheaper way to make the celebration look planned.

How many graduation party supplies would I need for forty guests?

Count one plate and two napkins a guest, then one cover for every table you are dressing. Forty guests at a graduation party usually means two serving tables and four or five seated ones, so a forty-count plate pack, two napkin packs and six covers would cover the day with a little spare. Order the covers first; they decide how the rest of the grad party supplies read in photographs.
