Delivery is arranged and carried out by the partner store that takes your order. We print the goods; they hold the stock, pick it, ship it and track it.

What you will see at checkout

Shipping options, cut-off times and the delivery estimate all appear on the partner store's checkout, calculated from your address. The estimate shown there is the one to plan around, not any date on this site.

Prices on this catalog are the ones we can read at the partner store and are shown without shipping. They move, so treat the figure here as current rather than fixed.

Planning around a party date

Order a week earlier than feels necessary. The failure case is not a late parcel, it is a parcel that arrives the morning of the event and is the wrong size, with no time to fix it. A week gives you room to measure, open and check.

If several items are going on the same table, order them together. Separate orders ship separately and arrive separately.

Tracking a parcel

Tracking lives on the order page of the partner store you bought from. We have no visibility of it and cannot look up an order, so going straight to that order page is always faster than writing to us first.
